Impact of Notes User Renaming/Recertifing on Blackberry User/Device

Hi Marco,

The BlackBerry Server uses the UNID of the person document in the NAB and the user's name as a reference to find the user. If you change one of these, the BlackBerry Server will still be able to find the user. However if you change both at the same time this is considered a different user. If this is the case, manual intervention would be required. I would suggest calling in to BlackBerry Support for further assistance.
